At 84 Professor von Ohler is surprised to be awarded the Nobel Prize for medicine. And for readers of this book that will be far from the last shock as the secrets of a rich, successful family begin to be exposed. My advice is - don't choose this book if you're looking for a traditional whodunit or police procedural, but if you're wondering why almost anyone could be driven to commit a crime then this may well be the read for you .
