Hotel World by Ali Smith

Hotel World

Ali Smith

Worth reading for the first section alone - have you ever read anything in the voice of someone who is dead? Quirky and disturbing, this is a book that will get under your skin if you let it. It's not an easy read but the mix of poetry and observation of ordinary life is startling and fascinating.
