by Taichi Yamada

A ghost story, firmly grounded in everyday reality, which makes the supernatural all the more shocking. A clue which hopefully won't give too much away to Westerners: it's the time of the Bon Festival.

Of course, if I was being tormented by frequent hallucinations even when I was at home and at work, then therapy would be in order- to banish the visions from my mind once and for all. But these were pleasant, heart-warming hallucinations that visited me only when I went to Asakusa, and they filled me with both comfort and strength. What need did I have to eschew them?
