A collection of diverse yet connected characters including a prince, a trans teen and a dog wander around night-time Berlin looking for a good time. But who is the man following them? I loved this motley assortment and feel I really got to know them. The writing is sharp, funny and skilful.

"It's an air vent,'.... 'They're down in the subway.'
'Interesting.'
Klaus drew closer, reasoning that any passerby could be drawn to the sound of music. The group now noticed him. Toto looked at Klaus and mouthed the words 'Fuck off.' Klaus moved back into the shadows, heart racing.
