Fawlty Towers meets 'Allo 'Allo with a bit of Idi Amin thrown in for good measure. A dark comedy - very well written with excellent descriptions of characters and places.

But the man's a monster, he's a fascist dictator. He's tortured and murdered God knows how many people.
But why here? Why not down in the old Government House?
Fact of the matter is that place had the best restaurant in the Caribbean. It's what kept Gaston (the owner) afloat.
