A band of civilians storm the streets of Seattle to stage a peaceful protest against World Trade negotiations. The peaceful sit-in quickly escalates to violence as riot police take back control of the city. The story unfolds over one day, with a cast of characters representing the different sides of the protest. I felt myself drawn into the heart of the action and emphasised with the opposing views as each character's past was revealed to me.
